Room of Rest is designed to help you release tension, reduce overwhelm and anxiety symptoms, and improve sleep quality through active Rest. 

Mastering Restoration

100 hr Yoga Teacher Training

Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

This 100-hour teacher training is recommended for anyone who wants to confidently teach Yoga for Rest (Restorative Yoga,Yin and Yoga Nidra), deepen their understanding of these practices, or simply dive deeper into their practice.

Trainees can attend the full 100 hour teacher training or attend any module of their choosing.

The training is made up of 3 modules:

Module 1 - Restorative Yoga - 40 hours

Module 2 - Yin Yoga - 40 hours

Module 3 - Yoga Nidra - 20 hours
