Hi, I'm Eliza.

I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for you to nurture your introverted qualities and learn more about active Rest and rejuvenation through yoga. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being and that Rest is essential for living a healthy and fulfilling life.

My yoga classes, workshops, and retreats aim to create an environment that allows you to slow down, tune in to your body and mind, and connect with your breath.

Relax, the REST will come

I offer a variety of Yoga for Rest practices, including gentle flow, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, yoga Nidra, and sound therapy, that are designed to promote relaxation, activate Rest, and improve sleep quality.

My goal is to help you cultivate greater awareness and self-care, and to provide you with the tools you need to incorporate Rest into your daily life.

 

I believe that when you prioritise Rest and care for yourself, you improve your overall health and well-being, and live a happier, more fulfilling life.

WHAT is the Room of Rest?

The Room of Rest foundation was built on weekly online yoga sessions, focused on active Rest.  The idea of these sessions was to bring the feeling you get from retreats and yoga classes into your home through restful yogic practices. 

 

Your Room of Rest can be anywhere you choose it to be; a physical space you carve out in your home, or if space isn’t an option it could be a place you create in your mind to “travel” to.  A place where you can find some release from the daily hustle of life.

These online sessions extended into bi-monthly mini retreats for people who wanted a retreat but couldn't get away.  This is when the ROOMIE community started to evolve and grow.  

Today it has developed into a community of like-minded people who don't view REST as a reward but believe that it is an essential part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

What I DO

I offer yoga as an effective tool for promoting Rest and relaxation in several ways:

Reduce symptoms of burnout and activate Rest through the Breathe & Restore Online Yoga Retreat.

Improve sleep quality with yoga Nidra also known as YOGIC SLEEP, through Rest RADIO.

Promote deep relaxation through in-person SOUND healing experiences, at events and retreats.
